A parallel forum to the Beijing Culture Forum was held in the capital on Tuesday, bringing together domestic and international internet leaders and scholars to discuss the intersection of innovative development and online culture.
Delegates examined the opportunities AI offers the cultural sector, while stressing the need to uphold ethical standards as new technologies reshape human life.
Robots from August's World Humanoid Robot Games in Beijing interacted with attendees, including young international social-media influencers.
