Pig palace

Happy pigs provide better pork. In Heilongjiang province, Jingzhe Animal Husbandry Co is raising pigs in a garden environment that doesn't stink, using a new circular technology. Pig waste is broken down in an odor-free, natural bed and provide nutrients to a variety of fruits and vegetables. In turn, the plants provide oxygen and help the pigs grow in a healthy way free of drugs, such as antibiotics. The pigs are free to roam in spacious, comfortable accommodations unlike the cramped cages and unpleasant conditions of traditional pig farms. Greenhouses stay warm all year, even in Heilongjiang's subzero winters.
