Chongqing and Chengdu are cooperating in air, land and sea transportation. On June 25, the first batch of construction projects of the Western (Chongqing) Science City concluded, and in March, the two regions launched pilot zones for external debt facilitation.

In addition, Chengdu and Chongqing have further integrated their businesses in real assets, insurance, provident funds, healthcare, bonds, culture and tourism. By 2023, the two regions plan to share resources within 86 public libraries.
