Shandong province promoted its abundant tourism resources at the China International Travel Mart 2015 (CITM 2015) held in Kunming, capital of Yunnan province, on Nov 13-15.

CITM, the largest professional travel fair in Asia, is an annual event held in Shanghai and Kunming alternately. The CIMT 2015 held in Kunming had a total of 3,087 booths for exhibitors from 105 countries and regions worldwide, attracting more than 100,000 visitors.

Shandong province was represented in 33 different booths at the CITM, showcasing Shandong's hospitality and attractions as a spectacular tourism destination. Yu Fenggui, deputy director of the Shandong Tourism Administration, led a team of 200 representatives at the fair. Business seekers from 20 countries signed various tourism cooperation agreements with Shandong province.
