The crew and event organizers received warm welcome from local residents in Mumbai. The Qingdao delegation held a series of activities to promote the sailing sports, Chinese tea culture and some Qingdao enterprises in the city. Chen Jingzi, vice-chairman of Qingdao Yachting Association, gave a model super trimaran model to a local yacht club as a gift.

Qingdao China left Mumbai on Nov 25 and is now on its way to its next port of call, Alexandria in Egypt.
