On May 29th, Dr. Liu Shijin, Vice President of DRC, met with a delegation headed by Mr. Richard Herd from Economics Department of Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). They exchanged views with the guests on the issues of energy, medical care reform, financial reform, SOE reform and water resource management. Ms. Jiang Xiheng, Division Director and Mr. Zhang Hongfei, Program Officer of International Cooperation Department of DRC, were present at the meeting.
