China beats Macao 10-0

MACAO, October 30 (Xinhua) -- Midfielder Chen Tao hit a hat-trick to lead China's 10-0 whitewashing of host Macao in the preliminary round of the East Asian Games soccer tournament on Sunday.
China, led by Glasgow Celtic defender Du Wei, led 6-0 at half time and netted four more goals in the second half.
Zhu Ting and Gao Lin each scored two goals.
Earlier, Hong Kong held DPR Korea to a goalless draw in Group B.
