Small high-tech companies in spotlight at recruitment fair

The 7th CHITEC's (China Beijing International High-Tech Expo) recruitment fair opened in Beijing May 22 where fast-growing small and mid-sized high-tech companies were put in the spotlight.
Recruiters were mostly small and mid-sized high-tech companies that surprisingly attracted just as many applicants as large high-tech companies, such as Legend, Digital China and Huawei.
According to a fair organizer many small and mid-sized high-tech companies from Zhongguancun and Yizhuang in Beijing that desperately need new talent offer more competitive salaries than big companies.
