HANGZHOU - At least 18 people have been killed and two others injured after a foot massage parlor caught fire in East China, local authorities said Sunday.

Workers jumped out of windows to escape the blaze, which broke out at the Zuxintang parlor at around 4 pm, and firefighters rushed to the scene, according to China Central Television(CCTV). No cause of the fire was given.

The parlor is located in Tiantai county in Zhejiang province, CCTV said.
