"According to my understanding, peace, stability and prosperity is the essence of the dream," he said during an event at the Nepalese embassy in Beijing in Thursday night to celebrate Nepalese New Year.

Prachanda unveiled a publication that covered all major activities of the Nepal-China Year of Friendly Exchanges 2012.
