Defense minister arrives in DPRK

Defense Minister Liang Guanglie arrived in Pyongyang Sunday for the latest high-level visit between China and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK). International pressure mounts on the DPRK to return to Six-Party Talks.
