Chinese singer Yin Xiangjie became famous overnight in 1993 with the song, The Love of A Boat Tracker. Later, he gradually faded away from public sight. When he returned, he was arrested for drug possession and use at his home in Beijing. In 2007, before his detention, Yin was a volunteer activist and ambassador for drug prevention education.
