Beijing to set up center for non-listed firms

China Beijing Equity Exchange (CBEX) said yesterday it would set up the capital's first stock registration and administration center for non-listed companies.

According to Xiong Yan, president of CBEX, the new service platform aims to protect shareholder interests, improve corporate governance and increase the liquidity of company shares.
