BEIJING -- A compilation of important ideas of Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on strengthening and improving public complaints management work has been published by the People's Publishing House.
The book, now available nationwide, consists of nine chapters and offers scientific guidance for advancing this work in the new era.
Commissioned by the National Public Complaints and Proposals Administration, the book aims to deepen the study of Xi's thinking on this matter and ensure that such work is carried out in accordance with the law.
