2025 Chengdu Open Rowing Regatta concludes

Henry Hollingsworth, a member of Brown University's team, praised the excellent racing conditions in Xinjin and the vibrant atmosphere along the course.
Hollingsworth noted that his favorite memory in Xinjin was their visit to local primary schools before the regatta, where they interacted with young students and had a lot of fun together.
Organizers said the event featured performances of powerboating, an official event of the 2025 Chengdu World Games in August, as well as water sports experience programs such as kayaking and paddleboarding.
A series of activities integrating local cultural, sports and tourism resources were held alongside the regatta in an effort to boost consumption and drive economic growth.
