The "Dynamic Voltage Restorer" developed by the State Grid Zhenjiang Power Supply Company was successfully put into operation at Jiangsu Hengshen Co Ltd on Monday as part of efforts to ensure stable voltage for the enterprise.

So far this year, Jiangsu Hengshen has launched a technical transformation and R&D industrialization project for carbon fiber and composite materials. The 108 newly added sets of domestic precursor manufacturing equipment are extremely sensitive to voltage fluctuations, and significant voltage fluctuations may lead to the total scrapping of products. To solve this problem, State Grid Zhenjiang Power Supply Company collaborated with the enterprise to develop a tailor-made "Dynamic Voltage Restorer". This device can automatically monitor the voltage, and when voltage fluctuations occur, it can make automatic adjustments within an extremely short timeframe (millisecond level) to keep the voltage stable within the normal range, thereby ensuring the stability and reliability of the enterprise's production power consumption.

The State Grid company has plans to promote the application of this device, provide replicable and promotable governance solutions for more local enterprises to solve power quality problems, and ensure power supply for enterprise production.
