Prospects for the Development of Civil Aviation Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Poland Discussed in Warsaw, DKnews.kz reports.

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Poland Nurlan Zhalgasbayev met with LOT Polish Airlines President Michal Fijol.

During the meeting, current issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of civil aviation were discussed, as well as prospects for further development of cooperation. Particular attention was paid to the role of LOT Polish Airlines as one of the key European carriers operating flights to Kazakhstan.

The Kazakh diplomat noted the significant growth of civil aviation in Kazakhstan and emphasized the potential for expanding the route network between the two countries, including the possible launch of direct flights on the Warsaw – Almaty route and to other cities in Kazakhstan.

The parties also discussed issues related to improving comfort for business segment passengers, as well as the possibility of operating new types of aircraft on existing routes.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants confirmed their mutual interest in maintaining dialogue on civil aviation issues.
