HK stars offer acting training for the young in a reality show

The reality show, Wu Xian Chao Yue Ban, aims to dig out the spiritual kernels of those classics from Hong Kong movies and TV dramas to spur on the younger generations.[Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

Young participants including actors Rong Zishan and Fan Shiqi as well as actresses Guo Xiaoting, Li Yitong and Shen Yue will go through intensive, strict acting-related trainings in the show.

With veterans being the role model, young actors and actresses are expected to be inspired and tap more potentials of themselves.

The reality show is co-produced by Zhejiang TV, the video-sharing platform Youku and Hong Kong television broadcaster TVB.
