Guangxi government helps 161 stranded Chinese get home from Vietnam

The 161 Chinese citizens stranded at a Vietnam airport due to that nation's ban on all flights between the two countries managed to return home on Sunday with help from Guangxi government.
The Chinese embassy organized their people to return China through Youyi Port, which connects China and Vietnam on land in Pingxiang, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
The Guangxi Foreign Affairs Office coordinated with the local customs and frontier inspection station to extend operating hours and managed to provide a fast and safe crossing on Saturday and Sunday. Vietnam's ban on all flights to or from China began on Saturday.
