Sushi bar hosts beer festival

 

To mark its ninth anniversary, Haru teppanyaki and sushi bar in the Sanlitun area of Beijing is hosting a Sapporo beer festival.

With shrimp from Vietnam, cod from Chile, Australian beef and American steak, Haru has imported premium ingredients from all over the world for its teppanyaki feast.

The grilled foie gras with fried bread and butter offers up a high-class sandwich.
