Lord Paul Boateng, chairman of The English-Speaking Union (ESU), gave an interview during the Belt and Road Youth English Speaking Competition that began March 23 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province.
ESU is an international educational charity that aims to give young people the speaking and listening skills, along with the cultural understanding, they need to thrive.
