Pupils dreaming for 2008 diving contest

A girl bites her finger after a dive during a training course at an athlete
training school in Shanghai August 31, 2006. Some 20 children, aged 7 to 12,
train at the school as amateur divers. Children educated in this school not only
receive diving training but also study the same general courses as other
preliminary school students. Those who have outstanding performances in diving
are admitted to professional teams and prepare to compete in various
competitions. Wu Minxia, an Olympic gold medallist, used to be a student at the
